Complete List of REITs in the Philippines

It’s not easy to find a table showing the available REITs in the Philippines Stock Exchange and it’s associated stock code. For this reason, I created this table below as a reference for all of you, potential investors, who are just beginning to explore REITs in the Philippines. I added their website if you want to dig deeper and know more about their portfolio, management and performance so far.

What are REITs? It is short for Real Estate Investment Trusts. Here are important characteristics of what REITs are:

• Real estate companies that pay dividends to investors.
• Traded like stocks and invest in various types of properties.
• Must follow certain rules, such as distributing 90% of income and investing 75% of assets in real estate.
• Have benefits, such as diversification, income, appreciation, tax advantages, and professional management.
• Have drawbacks, such as market risk, leverage risk, interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and tax implications.
